1. Who We Are

JYXOS is a software brand operated by Marcelo Borasi, an individual developer based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We build professional-grade software tools for algorithmic traders.

2. What Data We Collect

2.1 When you use Sentinel MT (the software)

Sentinel MT collects and transmits the following data to our license verification server for the sole purpose of validating your license:

• Machine ID — a hardware fingerprint derived from your PC's hostname, MAC address, CPU ID, and disk serial number. This is a one-way hash and cannot be used to identify you personally.
• Order ID — your purchase or trial identifier.
• Software version — the version of Sentinel MT you are running.
• IP address — collected automatically by our server as part of any internet request. Used only for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
• Download logs — when you download the Sentinel MT trial, we record your IP address, approximate country (derived from IP via Cloudflare headers), and the timestamp. This data is stored privately in Cloudflare KV storage, is never shared with third parties, is never used for advertising, and is used solely to track download volume and detect abuse. Individual entries expire after 365 days.

Your Telegram bot token and email credentials are stored exclusively in your local config.yaml file on your PC and are never transmitted to JYXOS servers.

2.2 When you visit jyxos.com

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with the identifier G-MLCZ3GYGMY and Google Ads tag AW-18035795875. These may collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site. This data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool.

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect technical data including IP addresses and request logs for security and performance purposes. Refer to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

2.3 When you submit the contact form

When you use the contact form on jyxos.com, we collect your name, email address, and the message you write. This data is processed by Web3Forms and delivered to our support email. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

2.4 When you make a purchase

Purchases are processed exclusively by Paddle (paddle.com). JYXOS does not handle or store your payment information. Your name and email may be shared with us by Paddle as part of the purchase receipt. Refer to Paddle's Privacy Policy for details.

3. How We Use Your Data

• License verification and activation of Sentinel MT
• Responding to support requests
• Sending license keys and activation instructions after purchase
• Detecting and preventing abuse, fraud, and unauthorized license sharing

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing emails, or any purpose not listed above.

4. How We Store Your Data

License data (Machine ID, Order ID, license status) is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, a serverless SQL database operated by Cloudflare within their global infrastructure. Access to this database is restricted to JYXOS via authenticated API endpoints. Refer to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for their data handling practices.

Support emails are stored in our email inbox and are not shared with third parties. We retain support correspondence for a maximum of 2 years.

5. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to anyone. We share limited data only with the following processors, strictly for the purposes described:

• Cloudflare — website hosting, license database (D1), download storage (R2), and DDoS protection
• Web3Forms — contact form processing
• Paddle — payment processing and order management
• Google — website analytics (GA4) and advertising measurement
• Resend — transactional email delivery (license key delivery after purchase)

6. Your Rights

Regardless of your location, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion — request deletion of your data, subject to our legitimate interest in fraud prevention
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing of your data

To exercise any of these rights, contact us via our contact form. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

jyxos.com uses the following cookies:

• Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid) — set by Google Analytics 4 for website analytics. These persist for up to 2 years. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool.
• Google Ads cookies (_gcl_au) — set by Google Ads tag for ad conversion tracking. You can opt out via your Google account ad settings.
• Cloudflare cookies (__cf_bm, cf_clearance) — strictly technical cookies for bot management and DDoS protection. These do not track your browsing across sites and expire within 30 minutes to 24 hours.

We do not use social media tracking pixels.

8. Children's Privacy

Our products are not directed at children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us via our contact form and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For material changes, we will notify active license holders by email.
