Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all JYXOS products, software, and services ("Services") provided by JYXOS, a commercial brand operated by Marcelo Borasi ("JYXOS", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Our Products

JYXOS develops and distributes professional software tools. Current products include:

• Sentinel MT — a 24/7 monitoring and auto-recovery tool for MetaTrader 5 terminals. Sentinel MT is a system integrity monitor. It does not execute trades, manage positions, generate trading signals, or interact with your broker in any way.

JYXOS products are tools for software infrastructure and system monitoring. They are not financial products, trading systems, or investment services.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase or trial activation, JYXOS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software on the number of Windows PCs allowed by your tier, solely for your personal or internal business use.

For single-machine tiers, the license is tied to the Machine ID of the device on which it is first activated. Machine ID is a hardware fingerprint derived from your PC — it changes if you reinstall Windows or change significant hardware.

Machine Transfer

To transfer your license to a different device, contact us via our contact form with your Order ID and the Machine ID of the new device. Machine transfers are provided free of charge and processed within 5 business days.

License Key Delivery

After purchase, your license key is sent automatically to the email address used at checkout. The license key is a unique file that you place in the Sentinel MT application directory to activate it. Each license key is valid for the number of machines specified by your tier.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the software or any portion of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
• Use the software on more devices than your license permits
• Share, publish, or distribute your license key or any signed URL download links
• Use the software in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent license verification, trial limitations, or any security mechanism

5. Free Trial

JYXOS offers a 14-day free trial for Sentinel MT with full functionality. The trial starts automatically on first launch and is bound to your Machine ID. One trial per machine. Upon trial expiry, continued use requires a paid license.

JYXOS reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free trial at any time.

6. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed exclusively by Paddle (paddle.com). By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's terms of service. JYXOS does not handle, store, or have access to your payment information.

License Delivery

Digital licenses are delivered via email within 24 hours of purchase. In most cases delivery is immediate and automated. If you do not receive your license key within 24 hours, contact us via our contact form with your Order ID.

License Term and Renewal

Subscription licenses (monthly, quarterly, annual) are valid for their stated period from the date of activation. Institutional licenses are perpetual. Licenses do not auto-renew — you will never be charged automatically. You will receive a courtesy reminder before your license expires. Renewal is entirely at your discretion and requires a new purchase.

Seller Identity

The seller of record is JYXOS, operated by Marcelo Borasi, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund:

• The request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
• You must provide your Order ID in the refund request

8. Intellectual Property

All JYXOS software, including Sentinel MT, and all associated documentation, brand assets, and materials are the exclusive property of JYXOS (Marcelo Borasi). The JYXOS name, brand, and Sentinel MT are registered trademarks under Argentine intellectual property law (INPI).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

JYXOS PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. JYXOS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE FROM SECURITY VULNERABILITIES.

SENTINEL MT IS A MONITORING TOOL. IT IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROPER RISK MANAGEMENT, BROKER MONITORING, OR TRADER SUPERVISION. JYXOS MAKES NO GUARANTEES REGARDING RECOVERY TIME, DETECTION ACCURACY, OR ALERT DELIVERY.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JYXOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Trading losses or missed trades
• Open positions left unprotected due to software failure
• Broker connectivity issues or outages
• Hardware failures or Windows failures
• Losses arising from delayed or undelivered alerts
• Any outcome resulting from reliance on this software

JYXOS's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

JYXOS reserves the right to suspend or revoke your license at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software. No refund will be issued for termination due to Terms violation.

You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the software and ceasing use.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
